Pancake Breakfast a Success

posted Sep 14, 2010, 9:45 AM by jon curtis
Saturday, September 11, 2010 dawned bright and clear.  Perfect day for a motorcycle ride in the mountains of Vermont.  And breakfast with the Rotary Club was a perfect way to start that day!

After a moment of silence observing the 9th anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center, Rotarians got to work making Dutch pancakes to feed local residents and hungry bikers visiting for the Killington Classic.  Dutch pancakes are like French crepes but with bacon strips cooked in.

This was the second annual breakfast served up by the Rotary at the Little White Church and word must be spreading as attendance was up by 26% over last year.
